Stone Mace

The recolor keeps the mace's original jagged, flanged silhouette and shading pattern intact, only swapping the palette to matte greys — dark charcoal in the shadows rising to a pale stone-white highlight. It reads as a heavy, primitive bludgeon, like it was hewn straight out of cobblestone rather than forged. Fits naturally as an early-game tier reskin, right after wood in the vanilla progression.
