A simple pack that makes flower pots and potted flowers rotate in four random directions.
NOTE: The rotation cannot be controlled by the player and is entirely dependent on the block the pot is placed on

This version is not backwards compatable with older Minecraft versions
- changed rotations to be more random feeling
- specifically changed rotations from angles: 22.5, -22.5, 45 to: 10, 20, 30
