Changed the pack.mcmeta file so it is compatible with the new pack.format changes from 1.21.9 and onward. Should be somewhat futureproof aswell. And kept compatiblity with prior versions.

It works from 1.20.2 till 1.21.5 and probally also future updates won't break the resourcepack now.
