Made critical hit particals smaller and got rid of damage particals.

Made the totem pop particals way smaller because they were still too big and got rid of the smoke particals from normal flames because they are really annoying in hole fights.

Visibility update: Increased visibility by decreasing the size of snow and rain, and by making water clearer. Added outlines to powdered snow and suspicious sand/gravel. Got rid of the blur from wearing a pumpkin and the glass overlay from the spyglass.
