
This pack turns totems into potatoes, so a potatotem! It has an animated model that sways slightly back and forth and reacts to time, motion and real-time events (Right now just minecraft live). Check it out, both on the video and in the newer images:



Since you might be a little confused about how it works, I'll answer some random questions you might have.

How does this work?
I have all the still frames of the model in a folder of the pack, and then each one is periodically called to be displayed on the model based on the time of day, like a clock. This means that the animations can only be 20fps, but can be as long as the minecraft day itself, so 20 minutes long, and still weigh as much as a 1 second long animated model, not because the 20 minutes model is really compressed, but because the 1 second long animation is huge and has the 20 frames of a single second repeated 12000 times to get to 24000 frames, or 20 minutes.
You seriously copy-pasted 20 frames 12000 times?
No i had a python script do that for me.
Was it even worth it?
For this pack specifically? No, not now, anyone could do the same in less time by just putting all the frames in the same model and have an animated texture switch between all the elements. But in the future? For bigger animation? definitely yes.

- totem of undying model is now a potato with eyes, legs and a mouth
- because this pack uses a fun unused technique to make animated models, not only it wheights more than any pack this small should, but is also dependant of the daylight cycle, so the animation will stop if the daylight cycle (or advance time gamerule in 1.21.11) is turned off
