Northern Council Panorama

The Northern Council is a build on the Unstable SMP built by the Law. This resource pack turns the menu panorama into the Northern Council. It also has Solas Shaders!

I used the map from this video to make this panorama and I used Panorama Screenshot to take the screenshots and format them easily.

This resource pack is also included in my modpack, Unstable SMP Recreation.

Although this resource pack uses shaders, it does not cause lag because it simply loads images and doesn't render anything. This also means that you don't need to have Solas or Iris installed for this to work.
