No More Iron Bars Z-Fighting
Eliminates the z-fighting (glitchy texture) on the top and bottom of iron bars.

A very small resource pack that adjusts the model of iron bars to get rid of the z-fighting (flickering texture) at the top and bottom when placed on or below a block.
This does NOT edit textures and should be completely fine with other resource packs as long as they do not edit the model. It does not require optifine (or any other mods) and should work with anything beyond 1.13 - though it may present a warning for everything but 1.20.2. This can be safely ignored.

Adjusts the height of the top and bottom pieces of the iron bars model by 0.01. Fixes the z-fighting there when placed on or below blocks.
Tested/made in 1.20.2, found to be working in 1.13.2 so I assume anything in between should work just fine.
