No Damage Particles

This texture pack is useful for increasing visibility during PvP, and I think it just looks cleaner (personal preferences).

All it does is replace these two textures with a transparent image:

• critical_hit.png
• damage.png

Ignore the Angry Villager Particles in the icons, those don't come under damage particles.
