New Clouds Wrapping Fix

The new cloud texture doesn't wrap, leaving jarring edges where the texture ends. This resource pack fixes that.

The new cloud texture has jarring cuts where the clouds.png texture ends. You can find this edge about 1000 blocks in the negative X direction of spawn when entering a world.

This resource pack makes the transition much smoother.
