This is one of my largest updates in a while, content-wise, ive also added support for auxiliary blocks, and have continued work on Quark and Architect's Palette.

Architects Palette added, VH3 U18 textures started, getting common items first. VH3 Vaults should feel a lot less jarring with these next few updates!
