🚄 Vande Bharat Express – Train Resource Pack

Bring India's iconic Vande Bharat Express to life in Minecraft with this high-quality train resource pack! Designed for transit mods like MTR (Minecraft Transit Railway), this pack adds a modern, realistic Indian train experience to your world.

⚠️ Warnings:

This resource pack includes .OBJ models for trains. These models are confirmed to work seamlessly on MTR3 with the NTE mod. However, users may experience performance issues (lag spikes/stuttering) on MTR4 due to how the mod currently handles .OBJ models.

Please note:

Performance issues on MTR v4 are beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any lag caused by these limitations.

For best results, use this pack on MTR3 + NTE until the lag issue on MTR4 is fixed by the devs.

Also:

There may be multiple texture errors or inconsistencies. We are constantly working to fix them, and we’d love your help!
Make sure your platform is only 1 block above the track. Since this is a broad-gauge train, higher platforms may visually collide with the train body.

We recommend using our Indian Railways Resources pack for best visual alignment and realism with this train model.

📦 Requirements:

Minecraft Transit Railway (MTR) Mod – Base Mod
NTE Mod(only for MTR3) – for extended functionality or dependencies
Indian Railways Resources (optional but recommended) – ensures accurate alignment with the train model

🛠️ Installation:

Download the .zip file
Place it into your resource pack folder (e.g., .minecraft/resourcepacks/)
Enable it in-game
For MTR3: Select the 'Vande Bharat OS01FL' train in your Depot

For MTR4: Select any coaches with name beginning from 'Vande Bharat'.

Version 2.1

Fixed the bug with inner sliding doors of last cab.
New cabs with Couplers added, making it a total of 8 cabs (4 forwards and 4 backwards) and 3 trailer coaches.
Few texture fixes.
Note: Size of the .zip file may seem to be increased but won't be a problem due to dynamic loading of resource pack in MTR4.

List of changes:-

Added the driver's cab interior, no more emptiness in the cockpit!
Replaced the Reversed Pantograph coach which was causing a flip in livery design.
Replaced the Bogies to the original ones of the trainset.
Reduced the load time when selecting the Resource Pack
Fixed major lag issues.
Reduced 20% of the file size of each coach causing a lighter resource pack than before.
Fixed Texture leaks.
