Mosquito Elytra

Replaces elytra loop sound with the sounds of a mosquito. Sloppily made in like half an hour in the morning before work because I was inspired by a post with a meme in one Minecraft-themed Telegram channel which said "haha, i require a mod which adds mosquito sound when flying on elytra 😭".
