Changes explosion sound for TNT and TNT-Minecart to a meow :3 Also changes cart move sounds. Cat

I may change TNT-cart design in future versions of this pack and make it easier to modify! I will try updating it once new minecraft versions come out, i will try to add new stuff without making the pack different
