Lung Elytra

Changes the Elytra for lungs. Not a very good quality pack, just thought it would be funny.

Replaces the model texture of the Elytra for a pair of lungs.

The Elytra item texture is an animated breathing lung, while the broken Elytra is a "damaged" lung, no longer breathing and paler in color.
