Lithos is a 32x resource pack with a familiar, mostly-faithful style, but richer and more detailed.

  • Lots of Random, alternate textures (without MCPatcher or Optifine!)
  • Random Mobs for most common mobs (MCPatcher or Optifine required)
  • Consistent, easy to use GUI
  • Many subtle 3D block improvements
  • Easy to read custom Font
  • Usually early Snapshot support
  • Completely replaces all Default Textures (once I'm caught up to the latest release)
  • Familiar default-style appearance, but with attractive Detail
  • Mod Support: varies by version

Goals of the Lithos Texture Pack:

Obviousness, Consistency, Beauty

  • Everything should be instantly recognisable to those familiar with default textures, or with the things in real life.
  • Construction blocks should be very similar in color & brightness to default blocks, so color-schemes work the same way in default & Lithos.
  • Each texture should be as appealing as possible, while the whole pack has a consistent style.

Usage:

No Redistribution. For personal use only, with the following exceptions:

Servers & Videos: If you want to make Lithos the automatic texture pack for your server, or use use Lithos in screenshots and videos (even monetized) please do, as long as you credit Lithos and include a link to the official download.

Derivative use is allowed under some circumstances for making Lithos-style textures for mods. Join the Lithos discord for more information, and resources.

These usage rules also apply to using only part of Lithos.

FIXED All the textures Mojang renamed. Removed wrong name versions of concrete powders Fixed hole in trident entitiy that appeared with some mods Mangrove Trapdoors glitching out when attached at the top

REVISED More faithful colors for Ancient Debris and Scrap that also isn’t so hard to notice in the nether. Bamboo signs all now have a less intrusive texture behind the text, and a sidebar on all sides.
