Kelp Animation Remover

Many players complain that the animated kelp and sea grass badly reduce FPS in the game. Well, maybe it is, maybe not ¯\(ツ)/¯. In any case, this resource pack removes this animations.

By the way, the underwater world looks great even without those animated textures. Enjoy.
