Based on this texture pack cause I couldnt figure the sound out : old-container-texture-pack

This texture pack changes the barrel opening sound to how a judge hits his hammer to control the court, it was made to roleplay and joke around with friends if you build a court room and sue each other, it also changes the golden hoe to a judge's hammer, might change things later.
