High-Res End Flash

Increases the resolution of the end flashes by 10x in each dimension.

The vanilla end flash texture is 64x64px. This kind of looks out of place, since the rest of the sky has a much higher resolution.

This resource pack scales up the flash to be 640x640px, making the flash look smooth.
