Fixed Wall Signs

Fixes those floating wall signs.

Why?

The wall signs were floating.. so I fixed it :D

Notes:

Uses Optifine or Optifine related mods to change the wall sign model, so it's not floating.
Should work with any texture pack, just as long as it doesn't change the model / UV mapping
However the text is floating on wall signs. (I haven't found a solution yet)

First Release

Wall sign text is still in it's original place.
Should work with older versions. (Haven't tested it)
Still works, ignore the warning for 1.21.4+
