Fixed Iron Bars!

In vanilla Minecraft, for years now, the Iron Bar block model has had Z-fighting issues for its bottom texture, and so I fixed it. This pack is pretty small and simple, and honestly, Mojang if you see this please just take it and use it in-game, you don't even have to credit me lol but If it soon gets fixed in game we'll all know where it came from ;)

I have some bigger projects in the works involving data packs, but wanted to get something out for y'all and had this on my to-do list, so enjoy!
