Firework Particle Fix

Makes spark_4.png and spark_6.png use the same texture. In vanilla minecraft, there is a single wrongly-coloured pixel in the firework particle texture.

A very lightweight resource pack that fixes a texture mismatch for the firework rocket's particle effect.

The firework particle shrinks over it's lifetime, and when it does, it changes texture. Some of these textures look the same, but not if you look closely. Here's a gif to demonstrate:

(Look at the bottom left section of the particle)
