Adds enchantment outlines to Bare Bones 3D Tools

This pack gives Bare Bones - 3D Tools glowing outlines when enchanted.

It is based off FishySalmon02's Enchantment Outline and is required for it to work.

Bare Bones 3D Tools has been refactored and this mirrors the changes to allow it to work correctly.

Requires Bare Bones 3D Tools v 1.3.2 or above.

Added the enchantment outline for the bow. Bare bones 3D Tools has also been updated to fix z-fighting on enchanted bows.
