Adds icons to differentiate tools/weapons in your inventory based on their enchants (such as silk touch / fortune tools).

THE PACK WORKS IN VANILLA, NO ADDITIONAL MODS ARE NEEDED
The pack adds (at least for now) 5 icons to your tools and weapons based on the enchants they have.
- The enchants are Fortune, Silk Touch, Knockback / Punch, Lunge and Breach.
Being able to tell appart your fortune and silk touch pickaxes is LIFE SAVING for survival (rip all the ender chests that I broke with my fortune pick). As for the others it's intended for PvP.

# Adds icons for the following enchants :
- Fortune
Icon = golden pickaxe
- Silk Touch
Icon = piece of string
- Knockback / Punch
Icon = slime ball
- Lunge
Icon = diamond spear
- Breach
Icon = iron chestplate
Icons can only be seen in item frames and GUIs such as the inventory.
