Sleep comfortably wrapped in blankets

Cozy Beds puts blankets over players and villagers as they sleep in a bed, finally letting them sleep cozy instead of on top of the sheets.

In addition, if you stack one bed on top of another, they are connected like a bunk bed.

Cozy Beds resource pack showcase parodying an advertisement with a text in the center saying “there's no bed like a cozy bed”

Dependencies

In version 1.21.4 or later, Cozy Beds itself does not require any mods, but in order for villagers' arms to be hidden under blankets, you'll need EMF and ETF (or OptiFine).

In versions prior to 1.21.4, Enhanced Block Entities or an equivalent mod is required for Cozy Beds to work.

Compatibility

Resource packs that change the textures of Cozy Beds blankets must be above Cozy Beds in the resource pack selection menu. (Authors need to make their own packs compatible for it to work)

Fresh Animations must be below Cozy Beds to work properly.

  • Updated to work on 26.2
  • NEW FEATURE: Stacked beds are connected like bunk beds
    • Requires mods like Continuity or OptiFine to work, since it relies on the Connected Textures feature.
  • Fixed the inverted inner face of the foot section of the sheet.

Technical changes

  • Various files have been renamed to make their purpose clearer and to distinguish them from vanilla bed models.
  • The texture format for sheets remains the same, similar to the texture format for vanilla beds prior to 26.2.

  • Fresh Animations is now fully compatible

    Cozy Beds should be on top of Fresh Animations in the resource pack selection menu. For some reason, you will probably need to reload the textures (by pressing F3+T) on the first time for it to work.

  • Fixed blanket edges turning black when a block is placed next to the foot part of the bed
