The Textures and Models of the 3D Spawn Eggs are handled independently of the actual entities texturing or models. And thus, The 3D Spawn Eggs Resource Pack will not adapt to the changes made by any other resource packs. And the Spawn Eggs will maintain the resemblance of the unaltered vanilla version of the mob.
