Q/A:

• why was ___ removed? because i don't prefer using it. if i ever remove a tweak i'll make sure it's open source first (or give away the project). exceptions to this in the events of remodels.

• what are the priorities? 0. (will always be a priority) resource pack compatibility + updating model bases 1. pikachu/raichu caps 2. ask permission for mega raichu AFTER my cap models are fully ready 3. (less work, might do early) doduo/dodrio

• license for V3 and below 1 year after release: you don't need two seperate license files that say the same thing. just the cobblemon one is fine. no additional restrictions. free to fork reupload whatever, follow the license below.
