Cobblemon Nebula GUI

Nebula GUI is an overhaul of the Cobblemon UI, as well as compatibility with certain other mods.

• Updated to work with 1.21.1 Cobblemon 1.6
• Double Battle support, triple untested but should work
• Cobblemon Rize Tweaks compatibility
• Cobblemon UI Tweaks partial compatibility
• Party List (100% Finished)
• Battle GUI (100% Finished)
• Summary (100% Finished)
• PC GUI (100% Finished)
• Type & Category Icons (60%, all type icons are done, just not the smaller type icons)

Missing/Planned Features

• Starter Selection GUI
• Pokemon Interaction GUI
• Mega Showdown support (may automatically work with certain other mega mods, unsure, since the buttons are in cobblemon itself)
