☁️ Backports the new Clouds Texture introduced in 1.21.6 (Snapshot 25w21a) to Older Versions

🪶 Lightweight and Vanilla Friendly!

⚠️ NOTE : If the Resource Pack says "Invalid, only for Newer/Older Version!" , it should still work as intended!
