This pack adds random rotations to every color of candle, including the non-dyed one.

The rotations are locked to the specific x,y,z coordinates and cannot be changed, but they will change with a different y-coordinate

NOTE: Versions 1.1 and above use a different set of rotations to give more subtle and natural-feeling rotations. Versions 1.1 and above are not compatible with any Minecraft versions below 1.21.6

This version is not backwards compatable with older Minecraft versions

changed rotations to be more random feeling
specifically changed rotations from angles: 22.5, -22.5, 45 to: 10, 20, 30
added three additional negative rotations to add more randomness
