A vanilla resource pack that change model of clock by renaming clock item in an anvil (example, using an invisible item frame)
Avaible item names (same result). Use them to get cat-clock:

Fully functional clock hands: model features 576 (288 twice a day) different states and show the actual in-game time.
This is a vanilla resource pack, it doesn't require Optifine, Iris or any other modifications.
