Add some utilities to the boats!

This resource pack makes boats more useful by adding some utilities to them!

Boats will now include the following utilities on the front:

Compass - The red hand points north and the white hand points to the coordinates (0, 0)
Speedometer - Shows the speed the boat is currently travelling at
Clock - Shows the current in game time on a working 12 hour clockface
