Fixed bug where flared backpacks weren't showing in all 3 packs.

Changed over to the parent model structure for backpacks that use extra flare like the Warden and Ocelot to reduce file size by 30%.
Also added a Tankless and Bare option: Tankless removes the tanks from the side Bare removes the tanks and sleepingbag.
To install download and drop resource pack of choice in your {ROOT}/configs/bluemap/packs/ server directory. Reload Bluemap, then wait for Bluemap to update naturally, use the /bluemap update command or force the whole world to update with /bluemap force-update
