Blue Cane!

A texture pack to recolor sugarcane block and item, and make sugar look a *little* more blue as well

This was a joke request from a community memember, only partially inspired by hit series breaking bad i promise.

In all seriousness, It changes the texture of sugar cane to be a little more blue, as well as slightly adjusting the Sugar texture!
