GGWoof's Better Command Block Texture.

I made this resource pack because I realized that there weren't any 3D command block resource packs I could find. I also made it for a modpack I'm working on called FabriStorm to better represent the command block from Minecraft: Story Mode.

Glowing command block buttons
Height map included for better accuracy
