Better Goggles, because the vanilla create goggles are kinda lame

A much more accurate and better looking model of the Create mod engineering goggles

(the head used in the logo is the Hat Stand from Supplementaries)

IMPORTANT NOTE: This pack should theoretically work with every single version of create, at least the modern ones.

Adjusted the goggle model and UV to be exact pixel measurements
Altered lens model texture from taking from "cyan_stained_glass.png" to a custom texture looking more like the goggle item texture
