With this texture pack you can have the water from bedrock edition which is

Both animation and colors aka Bedrock water
NOTES
IF YOU WANT THE WATER COLORS YOU NEED COLORMATIC, VANADIUM OR OPTIFINE
ALL OTHERS ARE VANILA
Recently Mojang changed bedrocks water to match java but I still have the old bedrock water texture
