Based on THIS video, where someone who works at a Botanical Garden suggested in real life the way bamboo and sugar cane look are swapped from their minecraft counterpart. So this pack aims to remedy this by swapping the way they look!

-Changed bamboo to a cross style plant model
-Changed potted bamboo model to match
-Changed sugar cane to a solid pole model
-Edited both textures to better match these new models
