Fixed all textures for ÖBB trains

The ÖBB 4020 is now separated into ÖBB 4020, ÖBB 7020, and ÖBB 6020

New exterior and interior improvements for ÖBB 4020 and ÖBB 4746

ÖBB 6020 is now an accurate ÖBB 6020 (without doors)

ÖBB 1144 now features a new bogie

ÖBB 4746 now includes a gangway

Added two versions of Pantograph for ÖBB 4020 and ÖBB 4746
