End Crystals now have an animation in their item form.
No other mods are required.

I split the end_crystal_glass texture into end_crystal_glass_inner and end_crystal_glass_outer. Now, the rotation timing of the outer glass is no longer the same as the inner glass. This makes the End Crystal's rotation look more irregular/dynamic.
