Abstract Spawn Eggs🥚

What does it do?🐣

The new vanilla spawn eggs are quite cool, but they dont really make sense. Abstract Spawn Eggs retextures the new spawn egg textures to be more abstract, that is make them less "look like the literal mob in egg shape" and more "capturing the important visuals to kinda make sense in the form of an egg". It also changes the size, and even color and shape, of some eggs to better represent the mob that it spawns and removes the water that aquatic mob spawn eggs are in. Some vanilla spawn eggs, for some reason, doesn't match the others' "look like the literal mob in egg shape" and are already quite abstract, so I consider some eggs to not need a retexture, such as the Phantom spawn egg and the Drowned spawn egg. Abstract Spawn Eggs strives to be as vanilla-like as possible.

Changes:

  • Added retextures for the Ocelot and Goat Spawn Eggs.
  • Tweaked retextures of Breeze, Pig, Cow and Mooshroom Spawn Eggs.
  • The 1.21.5 Blaze Spawn Egg now uses the vanilla 1.21.6 Blaze Spawn Egg rather than my previous retexture.
  • Slightly optimized file size. (~13% decreased size per texture, ~1% net decreased size since 0.2)
