3D Held Lanterns and Torches for Punchy!

This is a simple tweak that makes lanterns and torches use their block models when being held with the Punchy! mod, instead of the unsightly 2D sprites. The 3D models are visible in third person too and don't cause any problems with the Not Enough Animations mod. It supports all vanilla torch and lantern types. The items retain their default 2D look in the inventory and hotbar.
