Brings the TU0 Panorama back, for nostalgia purposes.

📜 History

This panorama was introduced in the original base game of Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition, and was used until TU5 (the version that added hunger), where it was changed in the next update. It is a panorama of the original tutorial world at the time, with a blur put over it.
