This plugin allows for players to:

Create and manage teams
Claim chunks
Prevent explosions in claimed chunks
- Either for all claimed chunks or on a per chunk basis
Force-load chunks (Amount configurable in the config)
Render claimed chunks on bluemap (Configurable in config)
