2. Customize drop rates of equipment worn by mobs

5. Toggle whether spawners are affected
6. Customize level-up probability for mobs in combat
7. Customize HP and damage increase per level
8. Toggle plugin functionality

10. Only affects naturally spawned mobs (excluding special spawns)
