Releashed
An open-source plugin allowing players to use leashes on each other. Includes tying to fences.
When a leashed player disconnects, they get 20 HP damage. Players tied to fences cannot unleash themselves or each other except if they use shears.
Currently there are no configs or commands, but they will probably get added later.
Idk maybe gimme a star on GitHub or contribute :3 You can also report issues there.

Minecraft version update
This build is UNTESTED so it might not work well or not work at all. Maximum what was tested is that the server loads with no errors in the log.
