A maintained version of Dungeon Dev's Spigot Accurate Place Plugin updated for modern minecraft versions and aimed at Paper/Purpur servers.

An implementation of the Carpet Accurate Block Placement Protocol for Paper-based servers and its forks. Adds support for FlexibleBlockPlacement from Tweakeroo and easyPlace from Litematica.
