NoPlayerKill - Disables Killing.

You're running a SMP? Or just starting a survival server?
If so, this plugin is for you!
The plugin won't let players kill each other, but will let them damge other players until they are in half a heart!

Commands

/nokill (true/false) - Disables or Enables the No Kill Feature.
