NoPhantom is a lightweight, server-side Paper plugin for Minecraft 1.21.x that gives server administrators direct control over phantom behavior—without affecting other mobs or altering core gameplay mechanics.

The plugin is designed for servers that want to reduce or completely remove phantom annoyance while keeping gameplay predictable and configurable.

🧩 Technical Details
