Mojang Maps

Status: I really don't know what I'm going to do. It's been dead since February. Maybe I'll make a cross-platform & cross-version rewrite, or maybe I'll leave it to die.

Roadmap

Commands

  • /registerlocation /createlocation - Register a location.
  • /registerroad /createroad - Register a road.
  • /goto - Go to a specific location.
  • /whereamistanding /whichroad /where - Shows where you're standing.
  • /reloadconfigsfromdisk /reloadconfigs /reloadconfig - Reloads all the configs from disk.
  • /navigation /gotogui - Go to a specific location and view the navigation in GUI form.

Permissions

  • mojangmaps.register - Lets you register things.
    • mojangmaps.register.location - Lets you register a location.
    • mojangmaps.register.road - Lets you register a road.
  • mojangmaps.using - Lets you use Mojang Maps.
    • mojangmaps.using.goto - Lets you go to a location.
    • mojangmaps.using.viewlocation - Lets you view your location
    • mojangmaps.using.navigation - Lets you go to a location and view the navigation in GUI form.
  • mojangmaps.util - Some useful tools fo an admin.
    • mojangmaps.util.reloadconfigs - Lets you reload your configs from disk.

This is a small update/hotfix that fixes a bug.

  • Fixed #7 - Languages with xx-XX codes can't be used.
  • Console messages made by Mojang Maps are now [MojangMaps] *message* instead of *message*

This update adds a GUI to the navigation.

  • Fixed the check for /goto, which wouldn't make it possible to use it.
  • Added the command /navigation, which shows /goto in GUI form.
  • Added the alias /gotogui for /navigation.
  • Added the permission: mojangmaps.using.navigation for /navigation.
  • Added a timer for /goto and /navigation to see how long it takes to calculate a path.

This is the first ever release of Mojang Maps. The changelog is just all the features.

  • Fixed #3
  • Made /goto async, so it wouldn't crash the server if you had many locations. (#4)
  • Added a check for /goto, so it wouldn't display a kind of error if there was no path.

  • Added the /whereamistanding command, which shows on which road you're standing/in a 5 block radius of.
  • Added the /reloadconfigsfromdisk command, which reloads all the config files (currently config.yml and nodes.yml) from disk.

  • Added the /createroad alias for /registerroad.
  • Added the /whichroad alias for /whereamistanding.
