BAT MEMBRANES
Phantoms are disabled and bats drop phantom membranes intead. They have 25% chance to drop 1 membrane and 15% chance to drop 2 membranes by default. This can be changed in the config file.

- Added an option to turn on phantoms (they won't drop membranes tho, only xp)
- Added an option to turn off membrane bonus drops
- Increased the max percentage for membrane bonus drops to 50%

- Renamed phantom membranes to bat membranes (all membranes dropped from bats will be named Bat Membrane now)
